Your membership is non-transferable and non-assignable. Your Membership, username and password (Login), may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Users and Members must promptly inform Fetish4Real.com (Site) of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Until the Fetish4Real.com (Site) is notified, by e-mail, of any breach in security, you will remain personally liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.
- As a Member and/or Customer you are personally liable for, and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fetish4Real.com (Site) and the Site owner/operator from any and all damages (including loss of profits, loss of property, fines and penalties), losses and costs (including attorneys' fees) resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication whether solely by user or Member or with or under the authority of any other including governmental agency.
- THIRD PARTY LINKS & CONTENTS: You understand that certain third party links and/or contents, which may be promoted or advertised on Fetish4Real.com (Site), are not related nor produced by Fetsh4Real.com (Site). You further understand that these links and/or contents, which may be made available on the Site, are inappropriate for minors. - In any case Fetish4Real.com (Site) is terminated and ceases all operations on the Site it is hereby clarified that all Memberships (of all kinds) are terminated immediately, without any prior notifications by any party.
- Notices by Fetish4Real.com (Site) to you may be given by means of electronic messages through the Site, by a general posting on the Site, or by conventional mail. Notices by you to the Fetish4Real.com (Site) and/or may be given by electronic messages, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the Fetish4Real.com (Site) must be sent by clicking on the "contact" button.
- REFUND POLICY
The basic policy of Fetish4real.com (Site) is not to provide refunds to Members, customers, and/or users unless specific extraordinary circumstances apply. Fetish4Real.com (Site) has a no-refunds policy. In some cases Fetish4Real.com (Site) may issue refunds to Members, customers and/or users that turn to Fetish4Real.com (Site), in the form of credits of free time in the Fetish4Real.com system. In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
- NO refunds will be made by cash or check.
- Please note that in case of cancellation of account no credits on the Fetish4Real.com system will be credited to you or can be converted to cash or other form of reimbursement.
- TERMINATION / CANCELLATION
Your Membership may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Fetish4Real.com (Site) or you upon notification submitting your cancellation request of by electronic mail to Fetish4Real.com (Site). When either you or the Site terminates your Membership, you are not entitled to receive refunds for your Membership Fees. Membership Fees are NOT refunded. Upon cancellation your Membership will be no longer valid, you will no longer be able to access the site and all of your member privileges will cease.
In any case Fetish4Real.com (Site) is terminated and ceases all operations on the Site it is hereby clarified that all Memberships (of all kinds) are terminated immediately, without any prior notifications by any party.
If you choose to cancel your membership at any time during your monthly billing period, you will still be billed for a full month's membership, but you will no longer be able to access the site immediately following your cancellation (For example: if you cancel your membership after two weeks, you will be billed for that month's membership but will not be able to access the site after to your cancellation notice).
